No complaints, everything was absolutely fine.

Location was good, food was good. I had booked for 4 nights and plans changed as decided to go to florence, they only charged for 3 which I thought was decent. Friendly staff and laid back atmosphere.

I was attending wedding near by, had whole apartment , rather than room to my self, full of rustic charm in the lovely town piazza of beautiful greve. Sfaff were great, everything was enjoyable.highley recomendable.

The hotel is located right in the center of town, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a good variety of options. the rooms were clean and had a charming Tuscan feel.

The lack of air conditioning in the summer made the rooms uncomfortably hot. some rooms faced a chimney from a nearby restaurant which emitted a lot of smoke, making it impossible to enjoy the balcony.

We loved our stay here. It's a great location to base your travels from if you want to make side trips around tuscany, and it was great for the price. We had a balcony/terrace with a view of greve's countryside. Really beautiful. Staff was very nice as well.

The location was perfect for a romantic escape, with beautiful views of the Tuscan hills from the balcony. The breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, with delicious fresh food and great atmosphere. The central square had a lively buzz and we enjoyed watching the locals going about their day.

Our room faced East, meaning it was uncomfortably hot during the afternoon. The balcony was also near a low chimney that produced constant smoke, making it impossible to use.

The location being in the centre of town was extremely convenient as it is surrounded by good eating places and other services like laundromat and supermarket.

The hotel staff were not friendly, mostly cold and indifferent. Breakfast was very limited.

This hotel was situated in a prime location close to many restaurants and on the main square. It was great to have breakfast served each morning and there were some nice options available. Our room was clean and had a great view of the town, plus it had a mini-fridge and a comfortable chair. The staff were helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed the Italian decor of the room.

We had some trouble with noise from the street and restaurant below, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Room small, staff not the most friendly

Reasonably easy to locate due to position on the Piazzale listed as we entered Greve from the south. Requested quiet room and were located at back with balcony and view. Very good breakfast including fruits, meat, cereal, great cheeses, hot milk etc. We ate dinner elsewhere but due to the crowd at the hotel and second floor balcony location we would try their restaurant in the future. Paid parking in the Piazzale but free 8pm - 10am if you can find a spot. We located on the street just as leaving Piazzale.

The rooms were lovely, staff friendly, good food, nice view, clean and comfortable accommodation. Complimentary bottle of wine for our wedding.

No air conditioning, only fans in the rooms. Can't open the windows because of the mosquitoes. Too hot to stay at this hotel during the warmer seasons.

The location was great, staff very attentive and helpful and would definitely recommend the restaurant.

We were staying here in August and there was no proper fan in the room which meant it was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep in.
